Kevin J. Botts has over two decades of experience in healthcare administration, finance, and government relations. Botts has built his career delivering effective and successful results. An accomplished leader, Botts has earned a reputation as an outstanding negotiator, strategist, and communicator.

An East Tennessee native, Botts moved to Nashville in 2011 and joined one of Tennessee's most prominent government relations firms and his wife, Lyndsay, accepted a position with the Haslam Administration.  In 2012, Botts launched his own firm, the Botts Strategy Group (BSG). With a primary focus on strategic consulting and lobbying, Botts has built a strong network of relationships with key elected officials throughout the Southeast as well as decision-makers in the executive branches of local, state, and federal government. Prior to his career in government relations, Botts spent several years in banking and healthcare administration.

In 2015, Governor Bill Haslam appointed Botts to the Utility Management Review Board for the State of Tennessee. He is currently a member of the Tennessee Lobbyist Association. Active in community service initiatives, Botts has volunteered time with several non-profit organizations including the Make-a-Wish foundation, March of Dimes, and the Children's Advocacy Center of East Tennessee, where he served on the Board of Directors.

Kevin and Lyndsay live in Brentwood and have 2 children.
